These Terms & Conditions apply when you access this website or buy from Grounded Recovery. By using the website or submitting an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

We aim to describe and display products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly by screen, and product packaging may change without affecting its essential function. Product availability is not guaranteed.

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website and include applicable Irish VAT unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, and any taxes or duties not included in the product price, are shown separately where applicable. We may correct clear pricing or description errors before accepting an order.

An order is an offer to buy. After you place it, we may send an acknowledgement, but a binding contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the products. We may decline or cancel an order because of unavailable stock, suspected fraud, an obvious error, payment failure or delivery restrictions. If payment has been taken for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.

Payment must be authorised using a method offered at checkout. Payments may be handled by Stripe, Shopify Payments or an equivalent secure provider. You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. We do not store full payment-card details.

We aim to dispatch orders within the times shown in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you or a person you nominate.

Our Refund & Returns Policy explains the 30-day return process. Items must generally be unused and in their original packaging. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights, including rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.

Products must match their description, be of satisfactory quality and be fit for any purpose made known to us, as required by applicable consumer law. Product-specific warranties, where offered, will be described on the product page or supplied with the item. Normal wear, misuse, accidental damage or use contrary to guidance is not covered unless the law requires otherwise.

The Grounded Recovery name, logo, website design, text, photography, videos, graphics and educational content are owned by or licensed to Grounded Recovery and protected by intellectual-property law. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, republish, sell or exploit its content without written permission.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer rights.

To the extent permitted by law, Grounded Recovery is not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss arising from use of the website or products. Recovery information is general education, not medical advice. Stop using a product and seek appropriate professional advice if you experience pain, injury or concerning symptoms.

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, interfere with other visitors, submit unlawful or abusive material, impersonate another person, or use the website for fraudulent activity. We may restrict access where necessary to protect customers, the website or our rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. If you are a consumer living in another country, you may also benefit from mandatory protections under your local law. The Irish courts will have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have to bring a claim elsewhere under applicable consumer law.
